The stock price used to calculate your ESPP purchase price. Many plans use the lower of the stock price on the offering date or purchase date, known as a lookback provision.

Stock Price at End of Purchase Period

The market price of your employer's stock at the end of the purchase period. This is used to estimate the value of your purchased shares and your potential gain or loss.

Contribution Per Paycheck

The amount deducted from each paycheck and contributed to your ESPP.

Number of Paychecks

The number of paychecks during your ESPP purchase period. For example, a six-month period typically includes 12 semimonthly paychecks or approximately 13 biweekly paychecks.
